Epic Laser

I just arrived in town for work only to discover my HP Laserjet 4350 didn’t make the trip so well. It wouldn’t print and was flashing a maint. kit error. I called Epic off of the Unilocal reviews. The new owner of the business came out the next day and cleaned and fixed the machine without the expensive kits. I was up and running in no time for only price of a $ 70 service fee. Great! would try this first. I’ll also use them to order ink in the future.

I’ve been using Epic laser for 6 months now and couldn’t be more pleased! I’d order from Office Depot and it would take several days, sometimes up to a week, before we’d get out toner shipment. Not to mention they are very competitively priced (MUCH more economical than anywhere I’ve seen online) and have a very convenient delivery service.
I also happen to greatly appreciate the fact that they are locally owned, and that they recycle and refill old cartridges. It makes me feel like I’m doing my best to be as «green» as possible.
The other day, we completely ran out of back up ink cartridges, but as it was one of our busiest days at the clinic, no one could afford to leave. Epic Laser saw my dilemma and delivered them right away. If that is not awesome dedication and support to your customers, I don’t know what is!
I had also had some difficulty replacing the drum and getting the printer to recognize that it’d been changed. So I called EL, and they’re rock star receptionist, Andrea, who is a doll, literally downloaded the user manual and helped me step by step.
My point is that they don’t have to do these things, but they always go the extra mile to help me out if I’m ever in a bind. From someone who is a 110% satisfied and loyal customer, I highly recommend you contact Epic Laser for any of your printer needs!
