If you are looking for a great loan officer who is attentive, efficient and gets things done, look no further. I work in the financial industry myself and would recommend Patrick over any loan officer I’ve known over the years. Besides being professional, knowldgeable and attentive, Patrick works on your schedule and will return your call and or emai after regular business hours. While working with Patrick on the loan for my first house, not once I was annoyed or frustrated with any step of the process with Patrick. And that alone is almost a miracle in the mortgage industry. But somehow Patrick handles the loan process so well that the steps of a loan process seem smooth and very manageable. Patrick is absolutely the GREATEST. He’s helped my fiancé and I through the process of buying our own first home. He’s been much more helpful than our own realtor and always checked on us and kept us updated as soon as he found out news.
We couldn’t be more thankful for having such a hard working and kind gentleman to help us get through this stressful process (and I promise, it was insanity).
But through it all he worked diligently and quickly in a professional manner, we appreciate him and his help. We know who to go to back to in the future.

As a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience! First Rate Mortgage & Patrick Pitts made my wife & I feel like we were part of their family. Patrick was always on the ball; any time we called or emailed, if he was not available he got back to us immediately, no matter the time of day. I mean come-​on, who works on Sunday at 5pm? Patrick does if he needs to get the deal done! He was extremely thorough, always making sure that the «t’s» were crossed & the «i’s» dotted. As well, he always made sure were understood every detail of our loan. Just a wonderful experience all the way around. If anyone is in the market to purchase or refi, Patrick Pitts is the MAN!!!
