Oscar is the definition of professional. He’s always dressed in business casual, arrives on time, is genuinely friendly and warm, and is all around just a pleasure to be around.
We have an old house with lots of holes, and pay for a quarterly bug service with guarantee that he will come out in between appointments if bugs show up. He has honored this guarantee multiple times for us, with the same happy to help attitude.
I wish I could give him 8 stars. No, ten.
