Heart Of Texas Window Cleaning

BEWARE! Ryan Johnson, owner of Heart of Texas Window, cleaning does NOT carry business liability insurance. So if one of his workers ruins your couch, steals a necklace or crashes through your window YOU are responsible for the damage. He washed the windows in our home, ruined our living room couch, admitted that it was his dirty glisten water that was splashed all over the couch and offered a gift card for dinner. We explained that dinner did not begin to pay for the $ 1400. It cost to recover the couch. He gave us his insurance information informing us he did not have the $ 500. for the deductable. After numerous emails, phone calls (he forgot who we were, his phone mal functioned and he lost all his messages, etc.) I finally spoke with his insurance agent who explained Ryan only has insurance on his 2 personal vehicles and his home. The agent suggested we have our homeowners insurance sue Ryan. Heart of Texas is the most unprofessional business I have come across in 22 years of home ownership.

Don’t show up for appointments on time if at all. Took almost two months to get their attention after I purchased their service. Then they cancelled my appointment at the last minute, and it took two more months to get them out to the house.
On the date of the second appointment, 4 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED the service, the are not on time (even though I was promised to be the first call of the day) and would not answer their phone. Over 2 and ½ hours after they were to be there, they called and said they were at my house. I had to leave for an appointment and told them to go away and give me my money back. Almost 6 months later still dont have my money back. Suing them.

i have tried 3 times for a quote and cant seem to get their attention. I hope they read this and call me back so i can increase the number of stars. I really want them to
clean my windows and have been trying to get them since before Easter.
One last try and then I will try someone else.
Updating ⁶⁄₂₆. I am done. 4 tries is enough for me. I cant believe they wont call me back

We are selling our house and our realtor recommended Heart of Texas Window Cleaning. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service, speed and quality of the work that was done! Ryan truly understands what customer service is and obviously takes great pride in his company and doing the best job possible. I had no idea that companies like this existed still or that my windows could look so good! I wish I had done it while I still lived in the house.

Ryan and the crew at Heart of Texas Window Cleaning are fantastic! Our 20 year old windows are gleaming — inside and out. Even the tracks got a good scrubbing. With the rain we have had — we especially appreciated the rain touch up guarantee, too. The estimate process over the phone was fast, the work completed as stated and at the price quoted. We met 4 different window techs and all were friendly and helpful. If we weren’t moving out of state — we would use them again.
