Levi’s Outlet Store

I like to shop Levi’s online because they have more selection with better discount. I used to shop in the store more often but now they sell mostly skinny jean which I don’t love. They did do a good job matching the price when I have exchange from an online purchase. The people are very friendly, just a little slow on the return or exchange from online purchase. I really hope that they have more selection not only skinny jean.

This would be a one star but for the fact that they have Levis in a variety of sizes (odd numbered waist measurements) that their website doesn’t even have.
Last week, I ordered two pairs of plain Levis through Levi’s website and found out that I had lost more weight than I realized since the last time I bought jeans. The receipt and paperwork said that I could return or exchange the items at any Levis store. This being the closest store, I showed up and found the jeans I needed in a size that better matched my needs.
Here’s where the problem kicks in – the prices between the Levis website and the Levis store don’t match. Yep, I paid a little over $ 20 to get the exact same jeans in the right size. I mentioned this to the person who was ringing me up and he got defensive, telling me «We can’t give you more credit than you paid for the jeans.» I agree with that. What I don’t agree with is charging more than I paid for the same jeans, just in a different size. This same guy was also more than a bit sniffy about sizing and wear too. When I asked about size and shrinkage, he proceeds to give me a lecture about not putting my jeans in the dryer and the «proper» way to wash and dry jeans.
I love their selection of jeans. What I don’t love are employees who seem to want to find a way to play «hide the ball» rather than provide a pleasant shopping experience.
As an added note, I would mention that their prices are not any better than any other Levis retailer. If you must shop here, it’s for the selection, not the service or pricing.

So, here’s the biggest thing about this Levi’s outlet — if you are a dude, then congrats, because you have hit the motherload. If you are of the chick persuasion, as I am, then your options are much more limited.
I went with my guy BFF looking for some Curve ID jeans, and unfortunately, they only had a couple of pairs in my ID, with not much selection on the washes. But my broham went nuts, trying on nearly every pair in the store. The selection is massive, tons of washes to choose from, and we had excellent, very patient service. Which is saying a lot when you’re in the dressing room for nearly an hour, no joke.
Guys, this place is your spot!
