Hands down best dental office! I’ve never felt rushed or been scolded for not flossing enough, etc. Hygienists are super friendly and seem like they genuinely enjoy working there. I’ve been at others where they seem grumpy and irritated for just being there. Fabulous staff, and I can’t recommend them enough!

The best staff! Hygenist do not make you feel like a child when you go in for your cleaning, you know others «scold» you for not being so good at flossing.
All of them are very polite and helpful, tell you what the steps in your procedure. My son loves them he is not afraid has always had great experiences and would not change for the world.
Schedules are flexible.

I «upgraded» to Dr. Friedrich when I turned 18 because the stickers and grape flavored gloves had lost their magic. Great staff, really nice people and you get to listen to the radio in headphones while they work on you, which helps them time pass by BUT! He found a cavity in between two of the teeth on the top of my mouth. So we came in another time and had it «filled» I say it with quotations because I had to go in again a week later because I couldn’t chew anything on that side without getting shooting pains in the filling spot. He poked around my mouth and basically said he didn’t understand why it felt so bad to me. Six months later, it still hurts to eat anything on that side of my mouth.

Super nice staff and Dr. Friedrich is very personal and trustworthy. They are great at working with the insurance company to be clear with the bills. Staff is so nice that I can’t wait to go back every time! :-)
