Walked out with the perfect mattress for us !! Denise our sales lady was great. She definitely know every thing there is to know about mattress She cared and listed to what we were looking for gave us several options has us try out several mattresses never loosing patience till we got it write. Could not be happier if your looking I would recommend her store she will find what your looking for as she did for us.

I am not sure if every location is like this, but it definitely has the best customer service. As a female I hate going into stores like this. I always feel stupid, and I always feel cheated. I walked in completely frustrated after a long night and long morning. Figuring out a bed situation for my big boy. Allen helped me out, getting conversion rails. My husband and I went by to see of how much a mattress would be. We told him out budget. He gave us the best price and quality. :) I definitely recommend this mattress firm.

We were having dinner nearby and figured we should take advantage of the Memorial Day mattress sale.
The girl working there was super nice and knowledgeable, she even stayed after hours to help us. I like that they color code the mattresses based on firmness and there was a wide variety in all price ranges.
We got a pretty good deal on an excellent Queen Mattress set and so far I love it! They delivered within a few days of our purchase — they gave us a 7−10PM delivery window and showed up at 7PM, which was great.
I’m sure I could’ve gotten a better deal through Amazon, but a mattress is something you need to try out before purchasing. I’ve made the mistake of cheaping out in the past and you pay for it every single morning.

After being at several mattress stores I found my self at Mattress Firm next to Home Depot in Round Rock trying to find a new bed set. Teresa was so patient and made sure we were educated on the different mattresses we were looking at so we could make the best decision. We purchased the best bed we have ever slept on. There is no question to where we will purchase our next bed set from and we have told all of our friends about this store and Teresa
