My husband and I had a great experience with Joslyn. She was knowledgeable and was able to get us a great price. We initially went to Star furniture, but Joslyn was able to get us a great deal on the Serta Black mattress (which we LOVE) we just couldn’t pass up.

Our experience at Mattress Firm in Round Rock next to HEB was wonderful. Cliff waited on us and was the most professional person, yet very down to earth. He made us feel very welcome and was not a pushy salesman. Great personality and very easy to work with. Worked a heck of a deal on mattresses for us during their Labor Day sale.

I must say that Cliff Blum was so thoughtful when taking care of our needs when it came to picking out the perfect mattress. He was very knowledgable with the products offered and didn’t waste time. I highly recommend seeing Cliff for your mattress needs and if he is unavailable please see Joslyn Heuer. The two of them have been a pleasure to work with!

I went into this store just to see what options are available as my old Costco memory foam was feeling a lot like I was camping. My mattress before the Costco slab was from a furniture store ($ 900). It too was disappointing as it made a crater where we slept it lasted about two years before it had to be replaced and that was a stretch. I went into this mattress firm (by ikea) and talked to a women named Joslyn. She was the most knowledgable sales person I have ever met! It was finally explained to me the different types of beds are for different types of sleepers. I was asked questions like how I slept and shown options that should best fit me. We wound up getting an adjustable base with a Sterns and Foster mattress and an affordable bed frame with a head board. The quality is amazing! We sleep so incredibly well. Going to a mattress firm was a completely different experience. These people know their stuff! I highly recommend!!!
