I came in a couple of weeks ago and my girlfriend bought a purse. Initially checking out the cashier overcharged me. I had already calculated the price after tax, and she was about $ 80 over. I told her this and she changed the price. It’s kind of important when your sole job is to calculate prices correctly.
However, this is not the reason I’m giving this store one star. There’s a few other reasons. The girls are overbearing and ask if you want assistance every minute. I understand it’s their job so I’m not blaming them, it just seems like bad management to me. Also, when my girlfriend tried to return a purse she had bought there is not an option to credit it back to you, you can only take store credit.
That’s all good and fine, whatever. The thing is the purse was never used and in perfect condition with the tags and foam still on it. Also, she had just recently bought a purse at a different location. If I can show you proof of purchase of another purse, really, how is that different than giving store credit? It’s just bad, uncompromising business.
