First off — As an owner of a service-​related local business, i have very high standards for anyone in this type of business.
I was having some stability issues with an older PC after a storm related power failure. I called Chuck and explained that this was a cheaper PC, but since i had everything on it already I did’nt want to buy a new one. He even said it was probably not with it but I asked him to try anyway.
Since I live close — I dropped it off an hour later. He tinkered with it for a few hours and called and said it was ready. I pick up, paid the fee (very reasonable by the way) — plugged in at home and new was having some new issues I had not had before.
I called him back and explained the issue (and he actually answered the phone) and he apologized and said if I could bring it back he would work on it again.
I did and he had it for most of the afternoon.
He ended up doing like 245 windows updates, defrag and a bunch of other stuff I could never know how to do and now it works perfectly.
YOU WILL NOT BEAT HIS PRICES. He really woks hard to make sure you are happy and will not talk over your head like some tech people will.
Thanks again Chuck for not only solving my problem, but actually caring that I was happy and satisfied. Will definitely recommend.

CHUCK knows what he is doing! And will explain things to you in a manner in which you can relate. Definitely a cool guy and not your average computer tech.
My wife heavily relies on our custom built home PC for her photography business, and when the DVD burner and: D drive kept removing themselves from our system, we called Chuck and he came over, ran some tests, worked a little magic, and had things fixed in no time! His price is just right and worth every penny. His business card if now taped to the side of my computer case, and we WILL use him again if we have ANY more «Over my head» computer issues.

Chuck was the second IT guy I called to fix my two computers after they crashed. I spent 6 weeks going back and forth with the first ones trying to get them to complete the job they’d started, when I finally had enough and came here to look for someone with good reviews who was also local, since I try to support small businesses.
Chuck lived up to all the reviews published previous to mine. He ran both my computers at once, and worked his way down the lists of problems I was having with each of them, gave me some good guidance on how to prevent the problems again, and taught me some things about my new Windows 7, and accompanying MicroSoft apps, since one of the tasks was to migrate all my work to my new computer. It’s been about a month since he was here, and everything’s still running smoothly.
Like others have said his prices are very reasonable. He’s knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I’d definitely call him again if I had a problem.

I contacted Chuck at PC-​Supportal after my desktop started acting funny and the security scans discovered multiple malware viruses. Over the phone, he diagnosed the issue and said that he could fix the problems without needing to strip out my computer and reinstall my software. We set an appointment for later in the day, however, he called me back within two hours and let me know that he was just notified of a death in his family and he would have to leave town shortly. He said he would not be be back until the following week and wanted to let me know so that I might make other arrangements. After this call, I began to search for another company to assist me with my computer issues. In general, most of the responses I had from other companies was an immediate «we’ll strip down the computer and reinstall your programs». I declined their offers and waited for Chuck to get back in town. The following week, I dropped my computer off with Chuck and the next day he delivered my computer to my home, set it up and viola!, it’s running perfectly! In fact, it’s a speed machine now! I can’t express how happy I am to have found Chuck and I have already passed along his card to two other people. I highly recommend his services. PC-​Supportal provides an extremely knowledgeable, efficient service and at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Chuck at PC-​Supportal is awesome! My computer was locking up on me everytime I turned it on and I was so frustrated. I spent over a week of my time trying to fix it on my own and then called pc-​supportal. Chuck came over and had the problem fixed within about 20 minutes. His rates are very reasonable and I know I can count on him if I have computer questions or problems in the future.
