Easily the best cleaning service I have ever used — The attention to detail was insane! They even folded the ends of the toilet paper rolls into origami flowers and stuff!

Penny and her team have been very flexible and accommodating. Our house is always neat, clean & orderly when we arrive home from work. I am fairly certain that our house is not the easiest to clean, either. I am amazed by how they fold the sheets into such compact bundles! We’ve been using Penny’s team for several months now & plan to continue to use them.

I have been a happy client of Penny’s Personal Touch for almost 9 years. PPT comes to my home 2 times a week to clean and fold laundry, yes they offer a folding service! Everyone that comes to my home is very professional, polite and hard working. I work from home so I am usually here to observe. I don’t want someone in my house all day cleaning, PPT gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
PPT uses all organic cleaning materials that smell SO GOOD, I wish they would start selling the products so I can have that «clean» smell on the days they don’t come to clean. Excellent attention to detail, as an example one day they emptied my paper shredder, on another day they informed me my toilet was running. I love the custom care they give each client and each house. Penny the owner is an excellent communicator, with all the ice delays we had she did an very good job informing her clients of any schedule changes. I highly, highly recommend Penny’s Personal Touch.

Great service. They always show up on time, and are willing to reschedule if I have something come up. I love coming home to a clean house without having to lift a finger, and I would strongly recommend using Penny’s Personal Touch.

Penny and her staff have been cleaning our house for a little over three years now. From the beginning, she has gone above and beyond my expectations. If there are bath towels that need to be washed, she handles it (even folds and puts them away).
When was the last time you took everything out of you fridge, wiped and cleaned all shelving, and put it all back (organized to perfection). Thank you for caring about the little details that often get overlooked.

I read some of the reviews and everyone is entitled to post their opinions, but I could not disagree more about the lack of professionalism from Penny. We needed services on our move out and Penny responded quickly with a quote. When her employess could not take our home, she came and cleaned our home by herself the next day. She did an amazing job and was nothing but professional. I would highly recommend Penny’s Personal Touch.

Penny has problems communicating effectively. If she ever does return your phone call (and don’t expect her to return any call!), she does not seem to have the capability to fully stop her wandering mind long enough to listen effectively to what is told her. She seems to listen to the first few words of what you are saying and then her mind goes wild and she interprets the rest of what you are going to say. She will then interrupt you and respond with something that has nothing to do with what you were going to say. And then she has difficulties accepting that her interpretation of your statement was incorrect and it takes a huge effort to get her back on track. Quite fascinating, really. I finally gave up. Anyway, stay away from this service. It’s horrible!

We could not in any way fulfill your wish as we are a small company and need to come out and PERSONALLY give an estimate rather than on the phone estimate. That is why our company is called Penny’s PERSONAL Touch Services. I tried to explain that to you but you couldn’t understand why I couldn’t just shoot you an estimate and shoot someone over there pronto. After reading your other reviews left for other companies I can clearly say that we Sir are not the problem here. Best wishes to you and your cleaning needs.»

This is a prime example of her crazy. We did not call during Christmas … and, we did not call for «last-​minute cleaning». and, she did visit our home … and she did give us a quote! I guess she thinks that I called her during the Christmas season because that is when I wrote the review. But, she toured our home quite some time ago and I subsequently wrote the original review on Unilocal here:
but recently found this duplicate listing for her service so I copied and pasted the review here. I’ll say this though: She continues to fascinate me … how anyone can interpret things so incredibly wrong is unbelievable. Quite entertaining, really! Indeed, five stars for entertainment!

I am always the skeptic when it comes to cleaning services. I have used the «big guys» in the distant past and was never satisfied. Penny truly is fantastic. The attention to detail is beyond anything I have seen before. I was going to go for a monthly cleaning, but now that I see how my house can look — there is no way I could wait that long — we are going for bi-​weekly services. Worth every single «Penny»! (Sorry, couldn’t help myself!)

Penny and her girls clean both our house and our rental. She is professional and thorough with a personal touch. Both properties are new construction. She did a lot of extra cleaning like scrubbing paint out of the bathtub and cleaning the fans that I didn’t expect to be included. On subsequent visits she did extras like fold the clothes I’d forgotten to remove from the dryer & wash pans I’d left in the sink. Penny does other services too like pick up dry-​cleaning, etc which is great for visitors that stay in our rental. I was also pleasantly surprised with her reasonable pricing. I’d gotten similar quotes from people who weren’t insured. I highly recommend Penny and her team!
