They were extremely helpful and honest. I’d definitely take my car back there if necessary. The cost was very reasonable and they were done almost an hour before the estimate I was given. They even did a little cleaning on the inside of my car and washed it!

My experience with the service that I was provided by Raven Auto Body was excellent. I needed a minor repair and I could tell that Raul cared about his work. He was knowledgeable and meticulous. The job was very well done with care, skill and courtesy. I highly recommend them .

These guys go the extra mile. We got in a car wreck and the other guys insurance was being difficult. The guys at Raven fought for us and got the payment. Plus the work they did was outstanding! It looks like we never got in a wreck. Strongly recommend them and their staff are friendly good people

Needed hood re-​painted, headlights refurbished and exterior detailed on a 14 year old Toyota, got estimates from 6 other shops which ranged from ridiculous to affordable. Raven was in the low end, did great work on time with great, informative service. I would recommend them to anyone. Don’t understand (actually don’t believe) the guy who gave them a 1 star review, jerk must been having a bad day.

We had a great experience with Raven Auto Body. Our regular mechanic recommended them to fix a scratch on our new van. They gave us same day free estimate and scheduled us in immediately. Both the owner and the guy who helped us out were super friendly and knowledgeable. The price was fair and the work done quickly and competently. Couldn’t be happier with the job done. Looks brand new again and back on the road. Would highly recommend their work!

Recently had my car repainted at Raven Auto Body in Round Rock, Texas, and am SO happy with the results. It looks like a new car… and it was ready when they said it would be ready, it cost exactly the estimate they gave me… and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anybody!

This was an awesome experience and real money saver. I needed to replace a broken side view mirror casing on my Chevy Silverado. Initially I went to the dealer and was given an absolutely unbelievably price. Then the serviceman looked up the part, which was in stock, and lowered the unbelievable price to ridiculous. I think thats part of the game.
A friend at a nearby auto repair shop, E and T Automotive, that does honest work at a fair price recommended Raven.
Walter was straight forward and explain the dealer was actually replacing parts that didn’t need replacing. Additionally I could see the dealer’s price for the side view mirror and time for labor were over inflated. Bottom line: to replace the broken mirror casing would be $ 289 not the $ 470 quoted by the dealer. They ordered the part. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done that evening before closing.
Oh did I mention honest. The actual price was $ 284.

I love this place. They are the best!!!
In 2006 I purchased a Chrysler Town and Country Mini van Touring edition. This comes with a moon roof. Thank goodness that it does not rain that often in Austin but when it does the person sitting in the passenger seat of my van needs to have an umbrella. I took it in to the dealership numerous times and they said it was due to dirt in the drainage tubes. I would have them blow out the tubes. For nine years I have had to deal with water pouring in through the passenger grip bar whenever it rains or I go through a car wash. I have spent $$$$$$ having the drainage tubes blown clean. I was at my wits end so My mechanic recommended I take it to Raven Auto Body. To say the least I was not very hopeful as no one was able to find or fix the source of the leak.
Walt and his staff were persistent and they found the source of the leak had nothing to do with the drainage tubes but was caused by an improper seal in one corner of the sunroof.
They found and fixed the problem. For nine years the dealership was unable to find the cause of the leak and fix it.
One visit to Raven Auto Body and presto — problem solved.
Everyone I dealt with at this shop were friendly, understanding, helpful and courteous .
They have my business and I would not hesitate to refer my friends to them.

After I got into a wreck my husband and I began to look online to find a body shop to repair my car. We saw so many horror stories out there of terrible paint jobs, crappy repairs, and work that was not guaranteed. Then I had multiple people at my work recommend Raven. I am so glad they did!
Walter was the first man I met and he explained the ins and outs of how the process would work (taking the car apart, billing the insurance company, etc). He is extremely knowledgable, professional, and nice to work with. Mike did the repairs on my car and he did a wonderful job! He called my husband and I with weekly updates and had the car finalized when he said he would. The end product was a flawless paint job, and a car that looked and ran like it used too! They even buffed out my headlights for free. Raven is everything you want in a body shop, I cannot recommend them enough! I see why so many people told me to take my car to Raven.

Let me preface by saying I did not have my vehicle repaired by Raven Auto Body, but have had an extensive experience with Walter, who I believe is the manager or owner.
Son was in an accident and needed his vehicle towed to a shop. I figured Raven AB was right next to my auto mechanic so chose to have the vehicle towed there.
As you can suspect, the insurance companies began to squabble and negotiate and all the while the car sat at Raven AB. Walter was incredibly helpful, talked me through the insurance process, was understanding that the vehicle was sitting, and made as many accommodations as possible. After what was the better part of two months, Walter contacted me and asked that I made arrangements to either have the vehicle repaired or moved, which was completely understandable. After all, they do need to do business and the vehicle was parked right in a spot that was likely needed.
I showed up to move the vehicle and Walter had the car battery charging and had taped up all the loose parts and helped secure the hood.
Like I said, I can’t speak to the actual work, but as far as customer service, knowledge of insurance processes, and friendliness, you really can’t go wrong. I don’t hope for my own vehicle to need body work, but if it should be necessary I will be going to Raven AB for the work.

Worst service ever. Father’s son both can’t handle customer service don’t know how to treat a customer. Can’t even ask if the service order is right or what time it can be ready because they’ll say you’re calling him a liar.
–Update — -Despite the response from what I would assume is the wife, she is wrong. She wasnt even there. Again, theres a pattern in this family, not believing the customer.
The father told me the job would be done in two days. Speaking to son the next day, attempting to drop my car off, I relayed this information. He said that I was wrong. I said thats just what I was told, he then said I WAS CALLING HIM A LIAR?!? Because the CUSTOMER who pays MONEY was REITERATING THE WORDS COMING FROM THE OWNERS MOUTH?
The only way I knew how to describe the owner was by «The old man». In my house thats a term of endearment. From those words, the son threatened to fight me that I was insulting his father. EVEN AFTER I SAID SORRY I MEANT NOTHING NEGATIVE BY IT.
I tried talking to the father in private, but he insisted that I must have been lying just as his son did. Never been treated like that before in my life.

September of 2014 I took my truck to Raven’s for body work and a paint job. At first, I was pleased, but a few months later the paint started chipping off of both the exterior door handles, so I took it back to Raven’s and they corrected the problem. Then only 8 months after I had the original work done, the paint was chipping off AGAIN, this time it was on both the passenger and driver’s side of the rockers. So once again I contacted Raven’s and was ultimately told to bring the truck in and they would correct the problem but it would take 2 days to fix and I would have to pay more money for a rental because Walter the owner, would not cover it.
Now this is the SECOND time that the paint was chipping off my truck due to Raven’s poorly performed service and I am expected to not only be inconvenienced for 2 days without a vehicle, but I will have to pay more money!!! Why would I have to incur more of a financial loss for work that Raven auto did not do correctly the first time!!!
What kind of business ask their customer to pay extra for that business’s service mistakes?!
Well I asked around this area and the answer is NONE that I spoke with! It seems only Walter at Raven auto does. Good luck with that…
So I took my truck to ONE STOP AUTO, George, the owner, corrected the problem in less than a day. I like it better now than the original job done by Raven.
The lesson here for me is, if you want the job done correctly the first time or if there is a problem after the service, take your vehicle to George at ONE STOP AUTO, not only does he do a great job, he won’t charge you extra money if he makes a mistake. He will fix it like a business should!

My car is quite the curb finder and I had trouble with my bumper the night before. I took my car to Carmax to ask if I would be able to make the drive to Dallas, and they told me I could… I was almost out of round rock when the plastic under my bumper/​engine came loose and was dragging beneath me on 135. I turned in to the closest auto body shop I could. Thank god it was Ravens! Walter, the owner, and Kyle stopped what they were doing to help me. It took no more than 5 minutes and they didn’t even charge me for the trouble. I’m so grateful that there are still good companies like this today. Stop here for any of your auto needs, I know I will!
