This place is great if you want a mice infestation when you get your things out of storage!

Have had a unit here for a few months and everything has gone great. I had a unit at the Waterspark location on Mopac. The people at the desk were knowledgeable and everything went smoothly. It’s the cheapest option I could find and in a pretty desirable and convenient area. It’s not anything fancy, but there’s security gates and I was never worried about the safety of my belongings.

This place is the worst at customer service. Every time we went in it felt like we were a terrible inconvenience and the lady was rude. They double charged us rent once and said it was our fault and wouldn’t refund the $$. Upon move out — which we did as soon as we could — that process was a big pain as well. Hard to get the auto draft canceled and again, terrible customer service. Pay the extra $$ and go somewhere else.
