Don’t get double billed like I did!!! Check your bank statements.
I called to inquire about my credit card being charged twice for a single purchase at 10:34 PM on 2−17−14. I ask if he could check his records for me because according to bank statement it shows them charging me twice for my single purchase. It did not take long before the person I was speaking with (I would provide his name but he refused to give me his name. Very unprofessional!) began to speak over me and got very aggressive telling me that it was impossible! He said he didn’t remember selling to me so I must have the wrong location. I tried to ask if there was something on the receipt that could confirm which location it was but he just became even more upset and refused to answer any of my questions including his name, he then hung up on me. I have no idea if this was the same I35 location at this point but one thing is for sure… Don t call this guy at this location for help. Extremely unprofessional and the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. I would have to recommend NOT doing business with a company that doesn’t help when you have a problem.
