Smoothie King

Love Smoothie King, even if it’s not actually all that healthy for you. It does give me the protein I need when I’m on the run. This one is just like any other, but with a great staff. Super friendly and helpful. I think I’ve found my new Smoothie King.

Sound weird but I love the music here! Every time I’m here I’m actually singing and dancing :)
I’m usually greeted by the same guy and he’s been working here for years. He’s always quick! I would like more options on the menu. I went to a different smoothie king recently in Austin and the menu was VERY different. Overall it’s a solid smoothie and consistence… I’m sold

Tried their new Peach Papaya Greek Yogurt smoothie and it was really tasty! The place wasn’t too busy so we barely waited for our drink to be prepared. Oh, and we had a free coupon for the smoothie so… there’s nothing bad about this situation! Try them out!

I am a Smoothie King fan, and so are my kids. Well on this particular day, our first at this location, it was hot out so I thought I treat my kids. We get in and start looking at the menu. My son who is learning to read was reading all the letters on all the merchandise at the counter. My daughter next to him was jumping and celebrating the ones he got right. Out of no where the man behind the counter tells me to get my kids under control. Excuse me? I asked him to repeat what he just said and he made it clear that me and my kids were not welcome. I was appalled. I could have made a scene as other customers were also taken back, but I chose to politely leave… why on earth would I purchase anything from a place that is NOT kid or parent friendly. I did later file a complaint…

Great place to visit in summer hot day time. nice smoothes with a nutrition extras so I get my daily calories in one cup, helpfull and great workers. . its really cool and delicious drink with a great outside table

Fast and friendly, like it supppse to be. Franchisee owner who is doing great job! Much better service becauae they have someone working who cares about about service to to others.

I stopped by Smoothie King this afternoon for a «fix» and got a smoothie with coconut and other ingredients and no sugar or sweetener. It was perfect! The service was great and I got out and on my way quickly. It was just what I needed!

Went in the morning at 8:20 and it’s still hasn’t open the door clearly says from 8 to 9. It’s pretty unprofessional if you can’t get to work on time to open up in the morning.

Website says they open at 7. Door days 8! They actually open between 8:20 — 8:30 every day. Always late. Yes today may be because of the weather which is kind of understandable but all other days were no excuse. Just flat out late.

Customer service was on point! My husband came here to get a smoothie and I was going to go get ice cream in the area. The worker not only made an excellent suggestion on what to get when picking between two smoothies but also gave me a free mini smoothie on the pretext that they were better then the place I had planned on going!

Walked in the door, no ‘hi/​hello/​how can I help you,’ just «Ready to order?»
I had been to this location before and had a decent experience, so I brought my girl friend back this time. It was her first time so we responded «Not yet.» The cashier did not respond with anything, he just immediately walked into the back room. We stood there for about 5 minutes before being greeted again with a «Ready now?»
We were ready, so I tried to place my order. The previous time I had been to this location I ordered a piña colada with apples instead of pineapples. Sounds silly, but I am allergic. The attendant rudely responded that it wouldn’t taste right with apples, to which I replied that I had had it before. He didn’t care and refused to make it with apples. So then I asked him if I could have it without pineapples and he refused to do that also.
The man was very rude and because of this we left without ordering. We went around 7:30 6÷9÷13. I will not be returning to this location.

I recently walked in to smoothie king. The two men working there took the «king» to a whole new level by acting like they were better than the rest of us. When I asked a question I was cut off and rudely answered. I asked about a sale someone had mentioned to me and the «brute» behind the counter rudely and abruptly told me that the deal didn’t exist. The rudeness caused me to leave and take my business else where… Another individual asked for a free smoothie and was rudely asked to leave… Up to the point where they kicked him out. While I was there someone was trying to read the menu and was repeatedly told to hurry up.

This was my first time ever at a Smoothie King. Since it’s close to home, I was hoping it would be as good as Jamba Juice, my favorite.
I tried a Mangofest. Overall, it was okay, but not great, and definitely not helped by the surly guy behind the counter. He barely spoke at all, and never smiled in response.
Only after I ordered did I see the sanitation issues. People, this place is not clean. The stench of rotten fruit lingered, confirmed by the presence of gnats.

These drinks are a nutritional disaster! I got an «Immune Booster» smoothie that had 115.5 grams of sugar and 570 calories. The recommended grams of sugar a day is 40!!! I think it’s criminal to represent something as healthy that is clearly NOT a bit healthy! Never again!

The worst experience I have had at a Smoothie King. It took them forever to make my smoothie and I was the only one there initially. They lollygagged and took their time. The female was in the back and the male yelled for her to come out. She was sloppy and immature well both of them. They need professional training. I bet if they got that they would be good at their positions.
The smoothie I got I get all the time it is my favorite. I haven’t been to this smoothie king in a while but I’ve been getting this smoothie since 1996. It is my fav Blackberry Dream. So I know how it is supposed to taste. It was rancid. I knew the blackberries they used were fermented and disgusting.
I asked one of the employees that was there as a customer if she could get their attention so they knew the smoothie was rancid. She yelled at them and she couldn’t get their attention so she just checked the berries and they were DISGUSTING. They made me a fresh smoothie with new berries after she suggested it to them.
Get it together folks. There are good employees out there that have excellent customer service. Making smoothies is NOT that difficult so what you have is quality control and CUSTOMER SERVICE to concentrate on.
Figure it out or you are going to lose all your customers to Jamba Juice.

This is the worst experience I ever had at any establishment. The attendant was not welcoming and never put down the cordless phone. There were fruit flies everywhere, the bananas were mush and turning black and the strawberries are in syrup from a can.

Mr. Smidgens loves a good smoothie and the owners of this Smoothie King know how to make them. You may ask yourself, «How do you foxtrot a smoothie?» Simple, you put the wrong amount of ice in them. It’s not rocket science but it is a science!
I don’t care what time of day it is or what day it is they greet you with a smile and they are efficient as a hamster running in his/​her little wheel going round and round. I enjoy the peanut power plus with strawberries. MMMMMMMMMM… SLUUUUURRRRRP…MMMMMM.BRRRP. Excuse me. Yes they are that tasty. Get some add ins like a multivitamin, immune builders, a caffeine kick, or personalize an existing smoothie. They are great in a pinch and when you don’t have time to grab a sit down drag it out lunch. Don’t forget to get your smoothie card stamped. 10 stamps and you get a free 32 ounce smoothie.

I usually stay away from reviewing franchises because I figure that if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. However, I had to review this place because the service here is so good. Every employee here has always been so nice and friendly. The guy that seems to be the owner always delivers great service. I tend to always order the same thing and the guy always knows what I want & how I want it: 20oz pomegranate smoothie with acai, made skinny & with a little less ice to make it more liquidy. I know that seems super picky but they are always so accommodating that I don’t feel bad for asking them to make it «just right» for me.
