The staff here is friendly and most of them have done my nails up to my picky standards. :) I love Vinny! He’s the best!

Not sure what happened with this place but it’s gone down in quality. I honestly used to love getting my mani/pedis here but the last two times I went… horrible service and quality.

Definitely a NO. When you walk in the technician’s are lounging on the pedicure chairs with their laptops or phones. I saw several huge cockroaches crawling across the floor. They are too cheap to use anything but cool water.

I have acrylics because otherwise I tend to chew my nails to the quick and tear my cuticle to bits. John always does a fantastic job, leaving my nails nice and thin and natural looking, instead of like little blobs of plastic glued on to the ends of my fingers. He’s quiet and efficient, and doesn’t feel the need to talk my ear off or pretend to be interested in my life and I like that. The pedicures are nice but my five stars are distinctly for John. Bonus stars, I’d I could, for him being a lefty!

Three of us went in for a pedi while my daughter had a gel mani. It was the fastest pedi I’ve ever had… not a good thing unless you are in a hurry. No real complaints except that I felt rushed. My daughters gel mani was very sloppy. We won’t be back.

Yeah… Nope. I read the reviews, but decided to give them a shot anyway since you never know… I felt really uncomfortable that they don’t use towels when removing shellac polish and everything falls on the floor. And the color was very different from the sample. I talked to the manager and she said they don’t always match… Ummmm… Seriously. And the pedicure… I had to remind them to add a top coat. They just don’t seem very proficient or inexperienced.

I have gone to this salon multiple times for many months to get gel polish. More often then not, I walked away with beautiful nails and was treated amazingly. However, I recently went to get a color change(gel) and the woman was rushing, getting the polish all under my nails, not giving a smooth, or even coat. I voiced my concern and was told no it’s fine wait for a second coat. So I waited and when I checked my nails were uneven with air bubbles. I told the woman that I wasn’t happy with them and she immediately turned rude and called other technicians over. They were rolling their eyes telling me they are fine that’s how they are suppose to be, blaming me for not getting a manicure as well. I will not be going back to this salon after this horrible experience.

No. My nails are DESTROYED. Came in for a mani pedi with a girlfriend. Pedicure: Water was freezing cold. After asking for the water to be warmer, it was raised about one degree. Only positive was the massage and polish. Manicure: Didn’t even get past the removal of my old SNS. The tech used a drill on my natural nail beds and completely demolished them. I decided to cut my losses and go back to my usual salon. My nails are so thin and bendable. She doused a bunch of cuticle oil on them, as if that would help. They’re not even filed evenly. Fabulous.

I stopped getting my nails done years ago and I had my favorite and only place that I use to go to. Moved to TX a year ago and have been wanting to get Gel manicures again but I have been hesitant. You know, when you have your nail salon you love no one else stacks up. I was told to try this place so I walked in. Great service, clean and everyone is so nice. This is now my favorite nail salon!

I have been in here plenty of times to get nails done and my eyebrows waxed. However, this time I got someone to do my eyebrows and I was clear in saying just to clean them up not make them thin because mine are already kind of thin. Well it was painful and when I was handed the mirror I could see why! Literally half was gone! I told the guy they were too thin and he said no they aren’t! What happened to the customer is always right??? I continued to say yes they are and I’m not happy. He still continued to argue with me even showing me the paper which was funny because I have very dark hair and saw half my eyebrow there but funny enough when I showed him he acted as if there was nothing there. On top of that they aren’t even at all. It has altered my appearance and am pretty unhappy with the lack of customer service. I paid my money with no tip and left. I guess I will be purchasing an eyebrow pencil today.

Very happy with my manicure and pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure — my feet feel and look amazing. They helped me pick the gel color that was similar to my toenail polish. She filled my solar nails and changed the gel color. She did a better job than the previous spa. She refiled and reshaped the base, kept the tip short. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been coming to this establishment for over 6 years now and I always get compliments on my nails. I get my nails by John. I love knowing that whwn I see him he always takes into consideration extreme detail. I love this nail shop!

I am very happy with my acrylic nails, my nail technician took her time and didn’t rush at all, even though it was almost time to close. The people who work here are also nice and friendly. The past few nail shops I’ve been to always hurt me, were too rough with my hands and would leave gunk underneath my nails. Lynn(the woman who took care of me) did an absolute wonderful job on my nails and shaped them perfectly. I’ve never been so happy with my nails, she’s very sweet too. Have cash on you to tip as well. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been getting gel-polish here for the last few months. Their polish is better then when I tried the gel-polish phenomenon about a year ago. Not sure what they do different, but it lasts 3+ weeks and DOESNOTCHIP!!! I can’t give a 5 star, there are the typical language barriers that come with these type of places. They’ve never been rude by any means, but just always that communication awkwardness. I keep coming back! Got my eyebrows done once too and the guy did a great job as well. And also had 2 pedicures here.

Disappointed with services. My first brow wax visit with Lynn was great. This visit with a different tech not good. I also got the $ 28 pedi it was ok. The tech did an ok job however she continued to suggest additional services even though she did not seem interested in doing feet today.(@noon) She also did not want to use nail polish remover after I ask her to, since see missed some of the polish. She want to use the electric drill which is a no after your foot have been soaking and scrubed. I was planning on getting tips but since the tech made fun off my feet callus, I decided to take my business else where. The tech should know better not to judge a customer in there face. Why do you think I came to get a pedi? Use this shop with CAUTION people!!!

I love this place! I’ve gotten facial waxes, pedis, and gel manicures and I’ve never been disappointed. My gel manis usually last 3 – 4 weeks!

I am surprised by the reviews on here… I have never had my nails done here though, so that may be why I have had a different experience. I have been here twice(and have had two different ladies) now for eyebrow waxing. Both times it was done GREAT!!! I only review a place when I have a STRONG opinion in either direction. I can honestly say I have walked out of there both times thinking that it was the best waxing job I’d had! They not only spread hot wax on and rip off, but they really took their time and shaped them nicely. She waxed, then plucked the few straggling hairs that evaded the wax, then she took the scissors and trimmed them down nicely so that no stray hairs would stick up in funny places. Both of the women I have been to did this. Both took a long time to shape them nicely. Usually I have to go home and still pluck a few hairs they missed, but not when I came here… Oh and the price is right too… $ 10 for a waxing. Which I believe is about standard, however as I said, this was not just your standard waxing at all!

Love these ladies! I have been in several times, always walked in with no problem. The only time I had to wait more was mother’s day weekend, but who can complain about soaking in a bubbly foot bath? :) Go for the deluxe when getting a mani/pedi — its not that much extra and you will feel and look great. The ladies are all awesome and friendly, I am always greeted by a few of them even if they aren’t «my» tech for the day.

They were nice and did a decent job on a mani/pedi. I opted for the $ 35 package which was a regular manicure and a spa pedicure. When it came time to pay, I had my tip in cash ready and a gift certificate that I was given for $ 35 and they told me that the gift certificate was from the previous owner and they expired in 6 months. My gift certificate had a purchase date but the expiration date area was empty(whoever sold the gift certificate didn’t fill out any expiration date). I told them the name of the salon, the address, the phone # was all on my gift certificate and again they told me this was from the previous owner. They showed me what their current ones look like(they say expires in 6 months). Is this my fault? My problem? If it was a different name, or had I known about this prior to, maybe I wouldn’t have gone there in the first place. I simply said that my gift certificate was valid because it was their name and it didn’t have an expiration date and that I would not be paying money — I would be using my gift certificate. She said ok and took my gift certificate and cash tip. If they were going to take it all along, why put me through the hassle? As much as I liked the 2 ladies who did my nails, I won’t be going back here because now I am just embarrassed!
