**Highly Recommend** Suzie sold our home in less than a couple of days on the market. Her marketing techniques and long list of qualified clients made the sales process run smoothly. Suzie found us our new home and we were able to see it before the first open house. She negotiated the sales price and handled all the paperwork for us. Not only is Suzie Gole my mother, but she’s just as good a realtor as she is my mom and wow you don’t know how much that means! My mother is constantly trying to make people happy no matter what. Suzie is top notch! She is a neighborhood specialist in Preserve at Stone Oak where we lived. She gave us great info & advice prior to listing it on MLS, marketed our place very well, and continued to guide us through the offers (it sold in 1 day!!) & ultimately the closing. She was always very responsive to all our questions & requests, and helped us find our dream house after only seeing 3 properties. She also got us connected with an excellent mortgage broker, who was equally awesome to work with.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
