Bad service bad reception and they do not make it simple for that advertised etf reimbursement

Service was average, was neither good nor bad. Remember there is a restocking fee that is not mention. If you buy phone can’t return it without a fee. The wait time is ok. I was greeted, they do like to sell sell sell.

It does not surprise me that this store only has 2 ½ stars out of five stars. Shadan is useless in my opinion because he lied to me(I guess just to make a sale). He told me that I would be covered if I purchased the insurance. The T Mobile store did not have phone covers for the particular phone that I purchased; they were out of them, which is odd to be a phone store. It is like a chicken restaurant running out of chicken. Once your drop the device and it gains physical damage, then you are basically out or stuck with paying a deductible, in which, in my case the dents on my phone are micro. I have learned to NEVER buy a phone without a cover, never WALK out of the store without having put a cover on the device. He, Shadan, also lied and told me that my pics would be on my phone; that I would just need to wait a day. When I bought a T Mobile phone last October, my pics were on my phone within minutes. This goes to show you that not every rep knows what the heck they are talking about. So I wasted more time and gas to drive back to have my pics installed and properly, thanks to Rami. He was/is a much better rep. I would ask for his services again anytime. Shadan is out of the question.

Sylvia served us to change the plan to a cheaper one. When it was changed the current credit was lost even though we told her $ 50 was loaded on yesterday. She said she couldn’t change it and we needed to call the call centre. When the call centre asked to speak to Sylvia she initially said«we have a separate call centre for branches». Eventually reluctantly, Sylvia spoke to them saying she couldn’t make the change in store. After a few back and forwards between my wife, Sylvia and the call centre, Sylvia was trying to get less and less involved. When eventually mid conversation she said she was dealing with another customer and served them(these people were already being served by someone else). The call centre manager and my wife finally got it sorted — can’t fault the call centre, but Sylvia was very unhelpful as soon as she had made the initial mistake — trying to pass it off to the call centre and removing all responsibility.

I will NEVER use T-NOWHERE again. My phone went blank 19 days ago & I finally got my replacement phone this morning. This afternoon I will be going straight back to AT&T. I wish I would of got the sales idiot’s name that tried to explain why I still had not received my replacement phone 2 weeks after I was told I would receive replacement with in 5 days. He was a joke. I’m sorry but 19 days is way too long to expect anyone to wait for a replacement. Other than the poor customer service at the location. I have also experienced poor connection to no connection, «NOSERVICE» in areas that I always had service in with AT&T. Do not fall for their sales pitch that they can save you money. It’s simply not saving me a penny if I’m not getting the equal service other providers have.

I just switched over from a 12 year relationship withTMobile. I was asked to go into the store to get my phone # transferred. When I went y’day the agent albeit pleasant didnt do a thorough job. He «FORGOT’ to mention that I need a new SIM card. No Biggies, I went to the store again to get the SIM card and find out that I need to get my iphone 5 unlocked from ATT. The new guy who helped me was not pleasant and was very condescending. He didnt tell me it was FTC regulations that prevent T Mobile from unlocking the phone, Instead, tells me — we wont do t for you and ATT should but wont do it because you are no longer a customer. I tried to convince him to help me, but his attitude was just rude and not helpful at all. He refused to even look up the computer to see who tried to help me yday and said there was nothing he can do about it. Mind you — all this before I even got transferred and activated as a T Mobile customer. I got home and figured it out myself — and called ATT — which even after I told them I was switching to T Mobile– helped me figure out how to unlock my phone. Unlike TMobile, this was a very pleasant experience. I will NEVERAGAIN go to this store even though its the closest to my work

Have been a long time Tmobile customer and have had ALL good experiences with this particular store which is close to my home. On occasion, there has been a small wait, but staff is knowledgeable and had no problems with a phone return. Easy to find, they answer the phone right away and can look up your account without hassle. They also helped me to use some features on my new phone, felt they went above and beyond in customer service.
