Texan Market

I have to agree with Robert G. I visited this store for the first time this morning and the experience was awful. The clerk (Corina) was downright nasty. Being new to the area; this was a shock, just hope the rest of RR citizens doesn’t treat their customers that way.
Left there, went across the street to the Shell and was greeted by the two ladies at the counter. They were even helpful in giving me directions to where I was headed.
Management really need to step up the customer service with their employees.

Use to love this place, Steve was the manager and got promoted to area manager, which he really deserved. Once he got promoted this place went downhill fast. Don’t get me wrong, Ron and Kirsten who work the morning/​day shifts are great. The issue is the night crews, they are really rude and blare the music in the store so loud you can’t hear the cashier, spoke to Kirsten several times and she said she would talk to them, which I have no reason not to believe her. The attitudes and music would be fine for a few days but then its back to normal. I general spend $ 20 to $ 30 a day in this store between gas beer and ice. I am just tired of complaining and nothing getting fixed so I am just taking my money across the street to wag a bag. I’m sorry Steven and Ron, I’ve really enjoyed going there but I just can’t deal with the rudeness and nothing being done when its been pointed out.
