The associates at the Torrid Outlet in San Marcos are on it! They are friendly, attentive (but not over-​bearing), and helpful. I’ve always had great experiences at this outlet and will be a long term customer of Torrid! The clothing can be pricey, but they have an extensive clearance section that I have always been able to shop from. This isn’t a typical bottom-​of-​the-​barrel clearance section… You can find great stuff in there!

Their clothes are great for us plus size girls. I love that at this store I’m a size 0! The store was completely empty when I went in so I was surprised the gal that worked there didn’t offer to help me when I told her I was looking for a dress for my rehearsal dinner. I got locked out of the dressing room when I came out to look in the big mirror. The door slams shut behind you and automatically locks. She looked a little peeved about having to come unlock the door. Other than the bit of awkwardness I found my dress and was pleased with it. For the prices of the clothing I would expect a bit more personal service, but oh well.

This torrid is good! I like the location and the girls are always helpful. I had an online return and they made it easy. And they have a pretty good clearance section. I like it. I’ll be back!

Excellent labor day sale. But one clearance and get one free. Associates were friendly when I entered and even offered to get me a dressing room. I was late exiting, past store hours and they were super nice about it. 6 tops later and I saved $ 90! I’ll be back!
