Immature sales people who don’t get customer service in a sales model where location and good service are the only value over calling Verizon directly.
Steamboat has three Verizon stores-​this one and two owned by go wireless. All three leave much to be desired in the realm of customer service: with some exceptions, the rainbow is from diffident and aloof to surely and aggressive. Why do cell phone stores attract this crowd?
