2020 Auto Body Tech – Rowland Heights

I really hate to be that one review that bashes on a seemingly good company and maybe I was just unfortunate to be picked as the «sucker» and get scammed. After reading my review you can still go here because of the overall rating but I just wanted to warn other people who love their car as much as I do. I would recommend checking out Diamond Hills Collision Center instead.
These people are shady & greedy! I originally went in for a repair on some external damage and they gave me an estimate to pick up my car within a week. They called me a few days later telling me that they found internal damage and would have to hold on to my car a while longer. Being skeptical, I made a surprise visit on that same day to see this «internal damage». When I got there, Howard told me that there was actually no internal damage.
Wait, what? He just called me to tell me that there was internal damage, hence the additional costs & longer repair time? Howard told me that he «misspoke» and was actually charging me because he wanted to add the amount of time he would get paid & get paid more per hour.
Despite it all, I was actually impressed by their quality of work. Being very critical, I checked EVERYTHING on my car. The paint job was good, the installation (so far) seems well done, and everything seemed to be in great condition. BUT I did notice two minor scratches on my window pane… which I grudgingly let go. To top it all off, they even washed the interior/​exterior of my car and gave me a LIFETIME warranty on their paint job.

TIPS:
— if they are ordering parts, do not drop of your car until the ordered parts come in & make sure you see the OEM parts with your OWN EYES
–you can make sudden visits to see how your car is doing to make sure nothing fishy is going on with your repairs/​/​OR continuously call every 3 – 4 days to get an update on your car
–if you’re extremely picky like me, make sure you inspect every detail of the car before you leave the lot; don’t just focus on the repaired area

My car was backed into a couple weeks ago and called in to set up an appointment. I spoke to Linda to schedule a drop off time. Upon arrival Linda was ready to assist and took care of everything from contacting the responsible parties insurance and all the paperwork.
While the car was being repaired she kept me informed with everything via text and phone calls which is very convenient. When my car was ready she even offered to arrange to pick me up if needed. After I picked up my car Linda even hooked me up with touch up paint and helped me touch up a few spots that was there prior to the accident. That is amazing service! In addition a couple days after she even contacted me to make sure everything was okay.
This is like the Ritz Carlton of freakin auto body! I even recommended a co worker to see Linda.
I really hope no one needs to use find an auto body shop due to an accident however if you do ask for Linda, she’s awesome!

I went to 2020 to help get my Lexus repaired after an accident. The process was quick and easy. Linda worked with my schedule since I was coming from Beverly Hills and help arranged for a rental, quick and easy. She kept me up to date with my repair via text which was extremely helpful since I’m always at work. My insurance carrier (Mercury) was actually not very helpful but Linda (knowing the process) helped guide me along the way and I got my baby repaired and good as new.

Satisfying service, strongly recommended, car fixed within short period of time, people here were nice, and did an excellent job with the car fixing, they even gave us a certificate with life time warranty :)

Had a flawless experience with ²⁰⁄₂₀ auto body. Linda and the whole staff and crew were very accommodating and even took me to get my rental.

So far, this has been the only car repair shop that stayed on top of their stuff. The whole process of taking my car in and getting it fixed only took about a week. I was updated by the people there almost every 2 days. When I got my car back, it looked so new and all my previous scratches were gone too. I had a clean bumper, and everything was shiny. Everyone there were very professional.

The service they provided here was excellent. Since I live in downtown LA, they offered me free pick-​up and drop-​off. They also helped me set up rental car appointment. They finished the work on time. I didn’t wait too long before my car come back to me like brand-​new. Linda Fu is the lady who helped me through the process. She is very knowledgeable on cars, services, and insurances. She made everything clear to me, and I don’t really have to worry about anything. Overall, great service and very helpful. Car came back in brand-​new condition. Free car wash and wax. I am very satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The customer service here was excellent. Everybody was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process.
My car was hit by another driver in the rear passenger side so I needed to fix my rear bumper, right taillight and rear quarter panel. I went around to a few body shops to get get estimates and 2020 gave me the best impression so I decided to go with them. The other driver was at fault so I was going through their insurance to pay for everything. Luckily, 2020 was a recognized State Farm body shop so the process went very smoothly. They were even able to help me with getting in touch with the rental car company which was Enterprise.
The finished results turned out amazing. Everything looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier. I’d definitely recommend them to everybody and would go back here if I ever need any more work done.

This was a great experience. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, fast and reliable. My car was hit while parked and looked awful. But after 20/​20, it looked like new. I will definitely use them again if I ever need any body work done.

They are fast and good, got my car done within 2 days, So I can return my lease car on time. I’m happy the bmw can’t tell the difference!

I selected 2020 from StateFarm certified Auto Repair just because this is the closest one but its service turn out to be my best experience by far.
I turn in my car, after all the paper works are done, the Hertz come pick me up immediately, literally no waiting.
They remodeled my rear bumper like band-​new and it only took 2 days, amazing.
The nice lady (I think she called Linda) also replace a license frame for me.
The only CONS: 4 of my 6 radio stations were changed to some kind of stations that i never heard of; and they said it might be the cleaning shop they went to. So I notice they do not have their cleaning service but StateFarm requires it. (It is not important to me compared to the professional service).
Recommend you to 2020 the best local auto shop.

Just got my car back (2006 Infiniti G35 coupe) after an accident landed me here. I was referred here by my insurance agent and I am extremely grateful that he showed me this place. I got hit on my rear passenger side on the wheel/​fender/​bumper and the alignment was off as well.
They fixed everything and it looks and rides great again! The best thing to note is that they’re using OEM parts and stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get some body work done or if you’re trying to find a great shop after an accident!
Bonus: They cleaned up the car too (it was pretty dirty when I brought it in) so thanks for that!

It’s been about 6 months after I got my front bumper fixed here. The service is decent, but here is my experience:
–I came here and told them to fix my front bumper (I did not know what bumper I had) so they ordered a custom bumper and turned out that it was not the same bumper as mine and then the insurance denied the claim
–They looked at the wrong bumper when it came and kept telling me what i wanted to do — how should i know! Spent several days trying to figure it out and I even had to call the company that they ordered the bumper from to figure out what was their return policy, etc
–Then I had to figure out either to keep the bumper that was ordered wrong and pay for it myself or pay the company that they ordered from for a restocking fee
–It was a giant pain because I waited a week for the wrong bumper to come in and another week for the bumper to get fixed. It took several days to get the bumper when they were getting it from the dealership that was right down the road
–The repair process was done to spec, but the whole process was ridiculous and the service was much more than it needed to be
I just wanted to get my car fixed, but looking back 6 months later, it was a bad experience
