Have been with them for years. Great selection of frames and honost owners. i had a few pairs of glasses made by other store and they were either not what they claimed(scratch rssitant etc) or cheap glasses. One place even had my eye distance measure wrong. My boss’s family and most of my friends also go to them for their needs.

Been with them for 5+ years. My wife and I, my parents, my in laws all go there. It’s a family business built on their reputation. Good price on premium brands. The lenses are well built and cut. Every time I go, I learn something new about the technology or concept from the owner. Highly recommended.

This place is operated by a family that has been in the eyeglass biz for generations. Don’t expect them to take the place of your ophthalmologist, but do expect a lot of practical experience. They are reasonably priced and often provide little bits of extra service(e.g. fitting your eyeglasses, cleaning your glasses) without charge. They also change watch batteries for a good price. My family and I have been going to them for years to fulfill our prescription and haven’t had any problems. I want to put in a good word for them, seeing the other reviews. I can’t say that the bad reviewers’ situations didn’t happen, but I can say it has never happened to us.

I’ve gone back to this place the last three or four times over the a number of years past. After this recent experience, never again. My left glasses lens was very scratched up so I wanted to go back to these guys to get that one lens replaced since they’re the ones who originally prescribed my glasses. When I asked the old guy there why only the left lens was extremely scratched up(I take care of them both the same way and the right lens are still in pretty good shape after 4 years), he started giving me BS such as «because it was more exposed to heat and sunlight than the other one». He even accused me multiple times of taking showers with my glasses on and told me not to do it anymore despite me telling him repeatedly that I do no such thing. So I drop that question and ask them to replace the left lens. It cost $ 50 for one lens including the anti-reflective coating and all that. It also would cost $ 65 for a new prescription there. Compared to other places, these prices are awful but I let them do it since only they have my prescription from a long time ago. After about an hour of waiting I come back to this place, pick up my glasses, and pay. It was then I asked the younger male working there if I could have my prescription. He flat out refuses me saying that they’re too old and he can’t give them to me, and the only way to even get the numbers on my prescription was to get a new prescription altogether. Yes, he straight up wouldn’t give me something that I had paid for in the past even though I told them that I can still see perfectly with that prescription, and started giving me attitude when I asked him why he couldn’t. The things people would do to make an extra buck. Then, for some reason, the old guy AGAIN tells me to not take a shower with my glasses on for probably the sixth time. I try asking for my prescription again one last time before I leave. These people don’t take you seriously at all! I would never go back to this place for so many reasons and I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place. Oh also the new lens has been making me sick and giving me headaches even though it’s made from the *exact same prescription*. I will be taking their advice and get a new prescription and replace both my lenses, elsewhere of course. They can have the one star for the quality right-hand lens I got from them years back I suppose.
