Terrible customer service. I was waiting to pay in front of the cashier while she was on her blue tooth headset arguing in mandarin for 10 minutes. No apologies and no sense of urgency to help a customer in front of her. Will not be returning to this location.

Horrible! Do not come here because they just care about your money. Don’t be fooled by the low prices that you see because most of the time they will sell you expired products and they won’t warn you about the upcoming expiration. Why would they since they just want your money? Then they will hassle if you try to get a refund for expired products. These Chinese owners lack serious customer service and they never smile. As for the review by Nida K, Ecosway is a business that is going on a steep DOWNHILL trend towards mass closures across the nation. Why? Because the owners like these people in 18194 Colima Rd simply do not know how to run a successful business. They believed that life was set once they were rewarded a free store from corporate. So they gave less effort in trying to give Ecosway a better name. Hence, less effort in customer service. Take my word for it. If you do go to Ecosway, go to 18558 E. Gale Ave, #116−118, City of Industry, CA91748 because at least they don’t have people like in 18194 Colima Rd. I am an IBO for Ecosway and I recommend all my downlines to shop at other ecosways. I may even quit this stupid business. This location does not deserve to be operational… at least not by these crooks who are currently running the place. I won’t be surprised if this location closes down just like Chino Hills, Walnut, Pasadena, Rancho Cucamonga, Arcadia Etc… At least you will know why they close down.

eCosway is a new emerging business that I’m starting to see pop up around here. From the outside, it looks like a random store where you can’t pinpoint exactly what types of things they’re selling. They have a wide variety of products like shampoo, facial cleansers, skin care products, vitamins, and nutrition products. They even have random products from ladies’ undergarments to laundry detergents to kitchen supplies and even stuff for your car. They claim to have quality products and I honestly haven’t used enough of them to tell, but my mom loves this store. She’s a member so she’s able to collect points and get discounts for many items in the store. Everything is supposed to be affordable so they can compete with the same types of products at Target. As for the store itself, it’s usually very quiet and not very many people are in there. It’s clean and well maintained. Usually the employees will ask if you need any help finding anything. It’s still a very new business, so maybe once word gets out about this place and how good their products are, this place will get popular.
