When we first called the doctor, the front desk said we can just walk in and don’t need to make a reservation. When we there, the front desk said the doctor will come back in one hour. so we wait for one hour, two hours and doctor was still on the way according to the front desk. By that time, there were 20 more people are waiting outside. We tried get a quick lunch outside, so we asked the front desk can we come back later. The front desk said we have to wait in the line again if we leave. So we asked for refund for our credit card, the front desk said it will charge us 5 dollar for refund from credit card. This is first time I’ve experienced if you ask for refund, they will still charge money for credit card!!! Wow… they are good!

Dr. Gene Tu is amazing. He takes walk in after 2:30pm or 3pm so if you need immediate care without an appointment he’s the one to go to. He accepts most insurance and even medi-cal.
Dr. Tu really cares for his patients. His experience in diagnosis based on symptom is right on the spot. The prescriptions he subscribed work well each and every time.
Dr. Tu always has a big smile on his face. He gives me hope and when he said «you’ll feel better», I believe him, and I did.
I had back pain for many years and no one can fix it. Dr. Tu adjusted it and the pain is gone.
There’s a lot of times that I get sick like cold, flu, my arms muscle spasm. He is the one and only can cure me. Not Dr. in ER nor a fancy expensive Clinic, none of them as good as Dr. Tu. I can never thank him enough. If you live near by his office please choose him as your primary care, it will be the best decision you’ll ever made.
