Terrible tech support. When my Spartan 1:11DVD duplicator started freezing up between the Copy and Compare cycles, I sent it in for repairs(still under warranty), thinking it would be returned in working order. They requested I send the media I was using to test(fair enough). A week later, I get the unit back, problem completely unsolved. Not sure why they asked for the test media, as they didn’t use any of it. I called to complain, and they explained to me how their notes said the unit was fixed. Although they could not quote back to me what the original problem was(that had supposedly been fixed). They told me to send it back a second time. I told them I wanted a new unit. They agreed. I repeated this several times during the call, and each time, Andy Tu(their tech) agreed. I marked the drives that were giving me issues, and sent it back. A week later, I get the same machine sent back to me, with the same marked drives., and the problem still not fixed. I called back, and was told that the drives were replaced. I told them the drives were marked, and they said ‘oh, it wasn’t the drives, we replaced the power cables’. Apparently, they never bothered to check the copy and compare cycles, however, as they still don’t work. If you need a duplicator, buy from someone else.
