I own two KWA Lm4’s. One compact for indoor CQB fields and the full size for outdoor fields. I’ve been to KWA on three occasions in the last year. They are currently servicing some mags I dropped off today. I dropped two and broke off the lips.(Dump pouches are a must with this gun). Staff there has always been great and I have never had an issue getting what I needed. I tend to like to go to the office and drop off my gear for repair but you can also send it and they will ship it back. Of all airsoft guns, the LM4 is still my favorite for the real feel and realism in functioning. Keep it up KWA.

Paid around $ 400 for a rifle which is amazingly realistic but the magazines are awful. Paid $ 50 for an extra mag so there would be two but both went out after only using them on two occasions. Took them back to the store which were then sent to KWA. After 2 – 3 weeks the same mags arrived at our house. After a couple more outings, one of the mags is broken again. All of the leftover gas is distracted after each use and used only the recommended gas but seems to blow a seal. Great gun but horrible mags.

Purchased what I thought was a higher quality airsoft pistol. it failed dramatically(and dangerously) within 10 months of very limited usage. Warranty turns out to be only 45 days so that should have been my first clue. After a convoluted system to arrange to return the pistol for repair, I was advised on March 21st that they had received my pistol and would advise on the cost of and the nature of the repair… today is April 17th, and I am still waiting to hear back from them. I can only assume with this much time having gone by that they have a large backlog of repairs lined up due to inferior products? Brent Moore
