Contrary to the previous review, the service was actually excellent. One ring of the phone call, then a sales rep picked up. It went by smoothly to set up meetings and samples. The process was organized and I was told to come by the main location in Rowland Heights with my relatives of the business, to make sure my orders samples were to our liking.
It was not a regret to go and be welcomed into the office. The neatness and complimentary snacks and drinks were a boost, surprisingly. I met the owner, and she was very polite and knew how to explain to us situations. Parking was easy and close to the entrance. The owner of my relative’s fashion merchendise business is definitely doing more business with this company in the future.

Poor customer service, the guy name Ted didn’t know what he was taking about, when it came to boots. Requested more pictures and info about boots and was mislead on the quality. Wanted a refund and was put on hold then hung up on me. I called and greeted by a lady name Rosie, she told me she would handle the matter but surprise surprise she couldn’t help me either. I just filed a formal complaint to the better business bureau. Disappointed on the customer services never buy from this company again fake leather poor material and horrible customer service.
