I visited there pay my phone bill. I went in and out twice because of my husband waiting for make payment. One employee stopped me to enter the building. What is this? Such bad service. My husband could not make payment as their system down.

Very unpleasant experiences, have an employee (Taiwanese, glasses, male) blame us to open the door many times, The employee awful!!!

I love this place! Rose Chiu and Grace Huang are the two most helpful associates I have met at T-​MOBILE. I went here to buy some accessories and they were very patient and willing to help. They didn’t try to push anything on me, and was very easy to talk to. No preasure! I would definitely recommend this place. They are also bilingual so very useful if you need Chinese to English translation.

I am was in the store on 10÷11÷15 around 7pm. There is guy name Rose with yellow hair, Chinese young guy under 30 year ago served me with his sunglasses on. He also sold me $ 45 dollar SIM card. He insisted i need to pay cash because NO Tax. I paid because I was in an hurry to get an SIM for my family who just lost the phone. He also tried to sell me an iPhone 6S, however I have to pay $ 150 more for me to get the phone right now, so I skipped the offer. I thought it is too much for an SIM, therefore I called T MOBILE customer service to ask for price, I was told SIM always $ 15 dollar, and I reported to T mobile, then I went back to store, I told the story an girl name Grace gave me my $ 30 back, however the guy left before I came back.
I thought about this type service is disgraceful for the community, especially for those people who just come to the country and try to find an home language store. If they encounter the same problem, they probably just pay for it, somehow we all work so hard to come in this country. It happened in oversea, definitely Not in here.
I usually don’t write an report unless this type POOR service by the guy name ROSE has no respect for his own race. I wrote it because I love our community. I don’t want the same thing happened to anybody especially those who work so hard older age people doesn’t speak any English. I am really glad that the owner hire the girl Grace.
Again love the community, that is why we came to this country because we love the system, we love the honest people and we love the proper way to make money.
Don’t make the community worse.

This T-​Mobile store has the best service that I’ve ever experienced w any other stores. Professional and courtesy. And most importantly they solved my problems with having multiple lines at the best cost.

I had a problem with my phone contract and just came to the closest T-​Mobile of the area. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but this is the only T-​Mobile worth of giving a rating. The customer service here was pretty useful and straight to the point. This was the most amazing experience I had ever have. The staff is pretty well informed of every issue that you might have, especially there was a guy named Eddie. He was the one that helped me solve my issues.

To be honest I wasn’t expecting too much for a T-​Mobile retail store due to my past experiences until I came to this one! I’ll have to say I’m more than satisfied for their service. I was looking for an iPhone 6 but at the time I had no idea how to get one. Rose helped me out more than I could ever expect and with great, positive attitude. Come to this store if you’re looking for friendly and helpful services.

Most customer service I’ve had with telecom companies has been terrible and I believe all those comments here describing bad experiences with Tmobile. HOWEVER, when I have reached supervisors at TMobile they have been excellent. Rose in Rowland heights heard my issue, and he owned up and took care of it, which is the best I can say for any telecom. No real complaints.

Worst store ever! Will probably never visit this store ever again! 3^rd time total waste of time. They do not know how to communicate! Walked away after paying in full for two phones and iPad with a migraine!
