man… they ripped me off so much I was paying double the price on my stereo… hella not satisfied with them.

these guys are straight up thieves. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

BLOT: Stay away from them, especially if you work a «cash deal» with them. they’ll take the money and then ignore you and the details.

This is not my first stereo or vehicle modification and I am generally very patient about this type of work. They originally quoted me 1 day to do the work I specified. However, they do not listen to you, and go about doing things their own way.
Issues with final job:
— LCD screen has no power
— Stereo now has weak antenna reception
— Factory navigation voice comes through at volume 20, even on lowest setting (via nav and on stereo) You can hear the navi voice outside the car clear as day.
— Did not connect my pre-​existing DVD player to the LCD screen (ya, seriously (?!?)
— Disconnected power to my pre-​existing DVD player
— Cut out my Zex bottle/​bottle heater wiring in the trunk
— Failed to re-​mount my Zex bottle and heater
— LED lighting for trunk kit failed in 3 spots. Now this was not their fault as it was a vehicle swap, but they could have called and I would have paid to have it done right.
— One side panel for the trunk kit is not mounted… it was just placed in there. I guess they expected friction to hold it in place.
— when they returned the car to me, nobody wanted to do a walk through and they kept my Zex bottle and 860 performance pressure regulated bottle heater (not cheap components). I was told they were in the back seat, and as a lot of stuff was in there and it was raining, I trusted them. I had to go back in the AM and retrieve my stuff.
Problems with the staff:
— It’s a good thing they have lots of people working there, or they might run out of people to pass the buck to before the customer gives up. They just do not listen to you when you are telling them what they need to do, and they do NOT follow up on their promises.
Gabriela — owner would not return my call, or her staff did not tell her. I warned them i would be posting up a review and offered to allow them to make good.
Ramon — tells you that he’ll take care of you, but won’t.
Shop guys — keep taking cash jobs in front of you because they’ve got your car torn apart. My one day job took 5! And when they don’t want to admit to not doing something, they say «I don’t know. somebody told me to do something else».
On my return trip I ran into another customer who was there for the 4^th (?) time and had the same problems with their lack of customer service and lack of attention to detail.
If I could give a zero, I would — but they did get things installed albeit their way and only at about 40% of expected functionality.
