Beau Meyer, MD

I wish I didn’t know these things, but I have medical conditions that need care, so I know that Dr. Meyer is good and caring doctor, dedicated to the best care possible for his patients. I have to see several specialists, and unlike other general practitioners, he is not offended when I ask for referrals.

Dr Meyer works at the Benchmark Family Medicine Clinic in Rowlett. He is an excellent and empathetic Dr. I am not one who goes to the Dr often and I usually feel uncomfortable when I do. Dr Meyer realizes this fact and does his best to put me at ease. We speak of many off topic things (literature, his sons band (Slug Puppies), and my family (he has been my wife’s family Dr for years and years)
I like going to this clinic because it is usually one stop shopping-​they have their own little radiology dept and lab and can do most of your workups there.
MY kids all like him as well and we have never had a bad experience here. His staff is always professional and the nurses are very good about calling us back on the same day we leave messages.
I am unsure of all the insurances he takes-​but I know he takes BCBS as that is what I have.
I won’t tell you that you’ll have a good time seeing the Dr if you go here-​but I will bet it will be less of a traumatic time!
