Buck Lewis is the owner of this business, and he did the work at our house. We had a new tub and surround installed in one of our bathrooms, and once the work was completed, we noticed quite a few problems with the install. We asked Buck and one of his co workers to fix some of the issues, and they did a little work to make it better. However, there were still flaws with their work. Buck said that he would come back and finish the work, but he never showed at the agreed time. We tried calling and leaving voicemails, but Buck ignored our calls and never called back. It has been two months since our work was done, and he is still avoiding us.
Buck likes to talk to his customers about how he likes to go the extra mile to make them happy, but it is all talk. I would never use him again, because he will leave the job partially completed.
The kicker behind all of this is that we potentially had a much larger job for him installing granite countertops. Even though he expressed an interest in getting that job, he still is ignoring us. So… we paid one of his competitors $ 5000 for the install. Pretty stupid, Buck…
