My grandmother is in the hospital and I had an appointment with this surgeon, David Ritter, MD. I called his office to reschedule my appointment due to family issues, and they were very helpful and compassionate. My husband said he wished I would have kept the appointment, so I called to see if it was still available. Again, I found compassion with the person I spoke with.
When I got to the office Leonor gave me new patient paperwork and guess what. It wasn’t a novel like other offices, They ask the necessary questions and that’s it. I didn’t feel as if I had just been gypped out of selling my auto-​biography like in some places.
