The customer service provided by Holly, Jacob, and the rest of the crew at MSI was simply exceptional. They listened to what our company needed, and did everything they could to help us. Our requirements weren’t easy either! We needed overlays for eight different models that included about 300 holes to be cut out, they had to be precise and they needed to do exact color matching all by a certain deadline. When they were running a day behind schedule they actually overnighted the shipment to us at no extra cost!
Did I mention their pricing is exceptional? Well, it is. They quoted us for about half the cost of all the other companies I looked into. And unlike other companies I’ve dealt with, they care more about providing customers with an enjoyable experience than they do about profitability. I would absolutely recommend them to other businesses and plan to continue working with them in the future.
