My car had major body damage ($ 3,000+) from an accident with another vehicle, so I ended up using insurance since my deductible was much less. Service King was on my insurance’s list of trusted shops so I figured I’d choose them after visiting several shops. They were so professional, keeping me up to date and going out of their way at a moment’s notice to ensure that my car was brought to me on time. They did a perfect job on the body work, and my car arrived detailed, waxed, and with a full tank of gas. Right after I got the car back, the battery was dying. They sent a mobile electronics company to check it out while parked at work so I never had to go out of my way. They worked with my insurance to approve the battery within less than a day. When I informed them the battery died that night, they drove out to my location and installed the battery on the spot within minutes. I worked with John, who was great and even called a few days later to ensure everything was going well with the car. Great experience and highly recommended!

I had an insurance claim and I chose this shop for repairs. My insurance adjuster was scheduled to go out and write an estimate and the shop did a much better job keeping me up to date than my own insurance. Ramon was a pleasure to work with, very easy to talk to and made the whole process very transparent. I felt like I was treated very fairly and that the shop was genuinely interested with providing good customer service and addressing my needs. If I ever need any body work done, I will definitely utilize them again.
