Love this place go there every time. Kimmy is my favorite. She does my nails perfect every time. Very detailed. Don’t like the next gen. Very time consuming.

I came in this salon yesterday, on a Saturday. They take walk-​ins and we were taken in right away. I got a basic manicure which was $ 14 ($ 18 w/​tip). My sister got the dip powder manicure which was $ 35 ($ 42 w/​tip).
The place was nice, it’s very high end. They offer you water and other drinks that are available. It has a very nice, luxurious look to it. It’s clean and well maintained. They have several spa pedicure chairs that run along both sides of salons behind the front counter. And manicure tables that also run along the sides. Overall nice appearance.
The reason for the 3 stars is because my manicure experience wasn’t the best. My manicurist was very nice and sweet however I didn’t get her name. My nails were already in good shape. They didn’t have polish and just needed to be cut down a bit to be even. My cuticles needed to be cleaned up and this is where the bad experience happened. She cut me two times on one finger. And once on another finger. I didn’t make it a big deal because I am a hair salon coordinator in NYC and I sometimes have to deal with client complaints. She noticed she had cut me because she tried dabbing it to not bleed. I didn’t think much of it then but now, it’s really bothering me. Every time I wash my hands it hurts. Even when my hands are dry, it hurts too. I’ve been putting neosporin on it but this just makes my mani experience here feel awful.
My sister on the other hand had a much better experience. And her nails looked very nice. Her manicurist was Kimmy.
I might or might not come back the next time I visit Texas. Just because it was the first and only time I’ve been here. I really liked the place and that they have several employees. I also liked that they take walk-​ins. I just may try a different manicurist.

The salon was very nice and they took care of my group of girlfriends quite nicely, had wine and margaritas which is always a bonus. However– my nail tech, Kelly, gave me the worst manicure. I paid $ 35 + tip to get the hydro nails, the kind with the powder, she totally skimped on the layers and was done in about 20 minutes. I had to ask her to file them down three times and they were still too long and were very sharp at the corners (she told me I asked for squared nails and got annoyed when I kept having to ask her to fix them. She then told me I moved around too much so it was my fault that she literally made 2 of my fingers bleed at the cuticle!) after I said «ouch!» for about the 5^th time because she kept hurting me she basically gave up on trimming, filing, working on my cuticles, etc. and just stuck on the nail tips, which were also too wide, and gave me 3 layers of the powder– I’ve had this done many times before and never have I had so few layers done. Within 24 hours the were messy looking and had been filed down crooked. I never had any lotion applied or cuticle oil, and there was never any apology or even an acknowledgment that she made me bleed, twice. I was going to go back and have another nail tech fix or re-​do them but I decided not to go out of my way and went to my normal salon in N. Dallas to have them fix them.

Girls took care of us very well. Great job and a glass of wine or water. Very relaxing atmosphere and everyone is very accommodating. Massaging chairs are the bomb!

I’m a hairdresser so I pay attention to Cleanliness and this place is very sanitary which is super important to me. Ask for Lee she is very sweet and she made my feet very smooth which is something most places have trouble doing. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and they got me right in.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but… when I took a glance at my toes today it immediately reminded me of how horrible my experience was. This is not the first time I paid for terrible service here at this nail salon. I am so OVER and I repeat OVER IT!!!
Signature Nail & Spa had the potential to be a great place until I went this past Saturday to get my toes done by someone who had the worst attitude ever, because the toe polish I selected was not available in the gel nail colors. They only had majority dark/​fall colors and light pastels. I wanted neon green and I couldn’t decide what other gel nail polish that could compliment that color. The nail tech was not helpful, instead she kept rushing me while repeating the words, «Did you pick a color yet?» She proceeded with her attitude as she quickly painted my toes. **SIDE NOTE**We all know that if you paint with a light neon color… you have to use white polish as the base or it will show shear with multiple strokes. Back to the review… So I was talking to my sister about how unhappy I was with my service, next thing you know the nail tech huffs and puffs then quickly put the top back on the nail polish as If I was the problem. She assumed that I wanted a different color and that she was wasting her time. Unfortunately I just wasted my money!!!
UGH!!! I can’t stand these poor customer service nail shops!!! I don’t understand why the customer service level is far from remarkable and it doesn’t matter where the shop is located. The location has no effect on the repetitive poor customer service… it seems like this is a huge epidemic with all of these nail salons. I’m so sick and tired of paying for CRAPPY nail service from businesses everywhere that don’t cater to the customer needs.

I went and got my nails done here last night. Walked in the place and it was nice and the people greeted me, but my nails look horrible!!! At one point I was telling the nail tech that my nail needed more powder. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO DOWN THE STREET.
I have never had my nails look this bad! NO NO NO NO!!! TURN AWAY!
