I will never be going to this place again. Most of the staff is friendly, but the management/​owner is why I will never return.
Both my husband and I wear suits to work and HAVE to have them ready when we’re told they will be ready. However, there have been at least 3 occasions where our suits weren’t ready when promised. My husband and I are pretty laid back so we didn’t complain and made it work. When it happened the last time, we finally told them they needed to do something to make it right. That’s when we were given FOUR different excuses as to why our clothes weren’t ready. The worst excuse was when they lied saying the suits weren’t ready because «I told them I didn’t need them to be ready.» Considering I had a trial (I’m an attorney) the following Monday, there is no way I said that.
Then, I was told my suit would be cleaned at no charge. My husband picked it up, and as he was walking out, the owner asked him to pay. When my husband told him that he had already been notified it was free of charge, the owner insisted he still pay. So, they received their $ 19.00, but will not get another dime from me in the future.
I should have called it quits after my clothes started coming back with stains on them. I wanted to like this place because it’s so close to my house and the staff is very friendly. But I’m never going back.
