John Anton’s in Rowley lost my husband’s $ 500 Brook Brothers suit. Have called 3 days in a row and not even a return phone call.

John Anton’s in Rowley, MA has lost our family’s white Christening suit that my son wore for his baptism. I do not know how this is possible as there are UPC scanning checks and balances in place to ensure that garments are not lost or delivered to the wrong person. My only assumption is that someone within John Anton’s has taken the beautiful garment and is using it for a child they know of. The company has offered to reimburse the garment, but is not actively looking for it. They believe it was delivered to someone. Instead of calling their delivery clients they are waiting to see if someone notices an extra garment and returns it.

Don’t bother. Cashiers do not take your order with any instructions, items come back worse than when they went in(ruined $ 150 cashmere wrap was washed and not dry cleaned and huge stain!), pants not creased when asked to put crease in. Bad customer service — manager is snippy and doesn’t seem to want or need your business. Go elsewhere

I have to say I hate when stores give coupons after you pay, but what makes it worse is when you try to use a coupon as you pay and the sales clerk says you had to give the coupon when you dropped off your clothes. The coupon comes when you spend a lot, so shouldn’t the store be good to a good customer?
