Rowley Auto Salvage

personally my experience was not the greatest here and good luck getting someone to pick up the phone. So i drive all the way down there to find a rude woman in the trailer office. not very good people skills at all. i was looking for some roof racks they have some but not exactly what i wanted but they also wanted 100 bucks for them i was a bit thrown back, i asked if there was anyway to come down in price they where not only unbudging but rude about it, i asked if i could at least buy the wind deflector that is an added accessory for these and they said no you buy the whole thing or nothing.
I was a bit shocked and taken back by not so much what was said but they way it was handled like im tring to rob them or something when its them who i felt was tring to rob me.
Anyway call them if you want to pay out the a** for something you can definitely get way cheaper somewhere else call around first. And good luck getting someone to pick up the phone here and upon getting here it was very barren like maybe 20 cars at the most. I cant imagine why… lol
My mother recommended me here because she had a good experience buying a spare tire but i wish i could say the same, i will never go or try to call here again on principle alone.
