This review is directed to CenturyLink technical support for email, not the store. I spent 3 hours attempting to determine why my 3 email account could not log in beginning last night. Technical support is primarily provided from Asia with techs that know nothing and are simply following a script. First thing I was asked to do is reset the modem — everything on the internet was working fine. Secondly they suggested that they needed to tune up my browser. After talking to a supervisor in the US, I was told they would review my accounts and they should be fine within 24 hours. Nobody was aware that they had changed the account specs from POP to IMAP. I finally talked to Apple tech support(I have an iMac running the Apple Mail program for my mail) and understood in 5 minutes wha the problem was. Simply resetting the accounts to IMAP resolved the issue and my accounts all work. Apple support is superb, polite, speak english, and technically very knowledgeable. CenturyLink email technical support is totally useless.
