It’s strip mall Chinese food. And in a town with a lack of food diversity, it’s not bad if you want to get your Asian on, and you just need lunch takeout.
The General Tso’s does the trick, and with a side of a straight up cabbage egg roll, it’s the standard American Chinese food lunch.

Horrible food. Once I found hair in food and on another visit, there was a band aid. I no longer eat Chinese food in Roxboro. Just stop in Durham, it just isn’t worth it.

In the film «My Cousin Vinnie,» Marisa Tomei’s character expresses concern about finding good Chinese food in the South. Fortunately, Hong Kong has us covered.
Roxboro’s local Chinese take out restaurant has all of the menu items you’d expect at a reasonable price and I’ve never had to wait long for my meal.
Now if I could just get them to deliver …
