Petsense

I will not be returning. I brought my Malamute mix in for a groom and a light trim. I specifically asked them not to shave her. When I arrived at the store I was completely shocked to see my beautiful fluffy girl reduced to skin. All except her face and tail. They explained that the had to because of ticks… Which was a lie because I had just come from the vet earlier that am and they said that she was fine. I asked them to please even her face and tail out with the rest of her body… And what I got was a blotchy mess. One ear is shaved. The other isn’t… She’s got bald patches where they nicked her with clippers… Her tail is just too awful to describe… When they were finished I quickly paid and ran out… But the next day I called and asked for my money back… They did return it but I got no apology. The sad thing is that this my girls very first visit to a groomer and it was a terrible one. She has been hiding underneath blankets to keep warm ever since…
