Not a very good place to buy from. Went in to buy a 55 in Visio tv a few days ago and when we got home, the tv was broke. We went back exchanged it, no problem. We get home and the new one is also broken. When we went back to exchange it the customer service lady who seemed to be pissed at her manager went angrily to look for her. When the manager returned she yelled at her employee and was very rude because she was interrupted. She looked at us and angrily asked what was wrong with it; we explained it didn’t work and was broken and she yelled at us saying«I know that obviously, I need you to tell me what’s wrong with it though.» how much more do you need to know? It’s broken and doesn’t work… Needless to say we got our money back and bought a new tv at best buy, walmart sucks. At least this one here in town.

It’s good for the most part, employees are helpful, greeters are very kind and greet customers as they enter and leave the store. Prices are good, as well. The only thing that irked me is how rude the employees are over the phone. I’ve been employed at Wal Mart in the past, and not once have I ever been rude to a customer, either in person or over the phone. Wal Mart takes pride in it’s customer service, and while their service in-store is amazing, like I said before, their service over the phone is quite lacking. My guess is that the employee was new and not knowledgeable about what I asked, or they were having a bad day. I gave this store a 3 out of 5, though, because everything else was pretty much A-ok.
