I went here one time and I don’t recommend it. They don’t do any sterilization of their instruments, I got my nails done and next day I had to go back because a couple of them were falling off they were nice enough to fix their mixtake while blabbing in chinese really lady I don’t understand Chinese but I’m sure you were complaining. A couple of days later two of my nails were turning green. Don’t recommend it.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I got a Unilocal account just to complain about the service my roommates and I got. We all had blisters from walking in heels, and they did not clean out the tubs before or after we used them. They then put another customer in one of the unwashed tubs. They filed our nails down to the stubs and they were all uneven. The only cleaning product I saw in the entire place was glass cleaner. It was really dusty and dirty inside. I saw no Barbicide (the blue sterilizing liquid) or a sanitizing oven. This place should seriously be reported to the Department of Public Health and shut down.

They do any okay job on nails, so I didn’t really go there for that. But they do a good job waxing. I’ve only gotten my eyebrows waxed here, but they always came out nice. My roommate used to get her eyebrows and lip waxed here, and never complained. Be ready to wait for a little bit in the afternoons once everyone is out of work, especially friday afternoons.
