Peking House

This restaurant has always been hit or miss, sometimes their food is good and sometimes it’s bad. I stick with the fried rice, chicken wings, ribs, and eggrolls so I can’t speak on the rest of the menu. The staff are always decent and you can see the people cooking your food which is a HUGE plus. There is seating, but the crowd it attracts might not be too welcoming. They don’t deliver nor accept credit card which really sucks!

I have been ordering from this restaurant for years and I have never had a problem. Food is always fresh and hot.

Come for the disgusting chinese «food» stay for the food poisoning. Seriously the absolute worst overpriced disgusting food i have ever consumed in my entire life. And that is saying something. The Health and Safety department needs to get down there, because, based on how violently ill i was after i ate this «food» they have got to be violating all of the codes. Whatever you do in this life, do not go to this horrid place.

This is by far the most disgusting Chinese food restaurant I have ever had the misfortune of eating at. The rangoons were mushy, the rice undercooked and seemingly a week old, and the place smelled like a diaper full of rotting garbage.
As if the food wasn’t completely deplorable, while I was there the «owner» spent more time yelling at this poor guy trying to change a flat tire in the parking lot then he did on servicing his customers. It appeared to be a young kid in a suit who popped his tire on the potholed laden roads of Dudley Square. Instead of causing a giant traffic snarl he pulled in the lot and called AAA. For whatever reason the owner thought it would add to this guys already awesome evening by yelling at him to get off his property. (I remind you that this is a parking lot right next to the restaurant, not someone’s private driveway). The owner even called the police, but the AAA truck had towed the car by the time they arrived. Needless to say BPD was more than annoyed at this waste of a call.
So unless you will literally die of starvation do not eat here, just walk down the street a little bit for other decent food options.
