The service was better than other reviews describe, but it took three associates to ring in a meal combo and a salad at the drive thru. They were polite and relatively fast but sadly this is where it ends. Fries were severely undercooked, chicken nuggets about a day stale, chicken on my salad was laughably dry(to the point of being too dry to chew) and hot dogs were burned. We paid $ 16 so and were hungry so we tried picking some food in between but it was pretty gross. I was mildly worried thinking when will the food poisoning hit me. c’mon guys for $ 6 a salad you can do better than 3-day dry, non-edible chicken

I’ve been there 3 times in the past year or so. I am done giving them more chances. The last 3 times I’ve been there, their frozen Coke machine has not been working. :(Their food is ok, although this last time, the fries were really salty.

Well my service used to be about as bad as others posted here. 10 – 20 minute wait times, wrong orders, people who were rude or indifferent. However recently they hired new management and staff and things have turned around. Since then I got a Wrong order once or twice but overall things are improving. The drive through speaker is still broken. They should really fix that. Been like a year now? I wish BK would switch from frozen patties to fresh. If 5 Guys can do it…

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s 10:15 am and we are in line at Burger King with 2 cars ahead of us and it took 15 minutes to get to the speaker. 1. You work at Burger King. Please start doing your job. 2. Why did two cars take 15 minutes? So when we get to the speaker they say they aren’t doing breakfast anymore. Please tell me you are effing joking! And they were rude about it. Worst place in the world. I suggest no one ever go there

I went here on Friday night of Labor Day weekend and on Labor Day. My two experiences could not have been any different. Friday night, the cashier was incredibly friendly and the food was ready quickly. Monday, the cashier was rude and the service was slow. I went in, and cashier started taking my order. Midway through, she said something(to the drive thru headset) and I said, I’m sorry? to which she responded«I wasn’t talking to you.». The cashier took my order and then expedited the drive thru even though my items were ready. I gave up and asked for a refund. Don’t plan on returning.

It’s Burger King. It’s okay. My only complaint is that they always have me pull my car up to the bushes when there isn’t anyone behind me. What’s that about?

Went to this Burger King with a buddy and we will not be back. The service was extremely poor. It took guy working the register three times to get my order correct after I clearly said it. The food took at least 5 minutes to get ready and by the time I unwrapped my fish sandwich(which was very overdone) it was cold. I also ordered an iced tea but it had no ice. Also while we were there another customer who ordered through the drive-thru came in and his order was completely wrong. Overall this was a terrible experience and a total waste. Do not go to this Burger King.

When I walked in I was greeted by a group of people(8 – 10) waiting for their food and one other person in line waiting to order. The floor was greasy and the entire establishment was run down. I would hear a completed order called out and the customer would receive the order only to find out that it was incorrect. This was usually followed by the very unfriendly lady yelling back at the workers at the grill. It was a very uncomfortable experience for everyone involved. When I was finally able to place my order(7 minutes later) the same unfriendly lady(name on reciept«Julie») treated me as if I was wasting her time. Once my order was completed and I was given incorrect change, I began my several minute wait. People continued to receive an incorrect order. This continued for several minutes until I received my food. When another lady called out the order she would do so in a very impatient manner; calling the order once and then immediately again with a very angry tone. When I pointed out her tone to her, she just shrugged and rolled her eyes at me saying«whatever». I sat down with my whopper with cheese and a medium fry. The fries were cold and soggy. The burger was also cold and the cheese was not melted. It was so unpleasant that I threw it away and left after only bite. I am completely dissatisfied about this service and am ashamed to have this establishment in my area. Something needs to be done.
