We bought a house listed by the owner himself (CAL Fowler), in January of this year. We deeply regret it.
Mr. Fowler is very knowledgeable and very happy to share his opinion with you. However he did not disclose to us that the garage on the property was condemned. All the fast talking he does and how convenient he left out all that information. We paid for a house with a garage. Now we have to pay the city 500 $ fine and have less than 30 days. And we still have to demolish it anyway. And that is just the beginning of problems the property has with the city.
The sad part is Mr. Fowler knew about this back in November of last year. When I think of all the smiling and hand shaking he does and all along he knew we were going to get slapped with a nightmare by the city. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the State of Michigan. Please be very aware of this guy.
