So glad I found this amazing store with the greatest staff ever! The girls were very attentive to all my needs, helped me decided and pick what dress I wanted even when I was unsure because o they had so many beautiful gowns. I will forsure be back. I recommend this store everyone! Very happy with the customer service! If I could give it 10 stars I would.

It’s unfortunate the previous reviewers had a bad experience while shopping here. I went with my daughter and her friend recently and were treated great. We were there today for a fitting and even though it was crowded with a lot of girls shopping for their prom dress’s, the employees were very polite and attentive to everyone.

After purchasing my prom dress from Hermz, the negative reviews astound me! The two workers (a man and a woman) who seem to be there all the time were extremely helpful and seemed very excited for me.
After trying on a dress that was too small, the workers made me feel comfortable and not discouraged by it, and found me the right size. They complimented me and made the experience a great one. I highly recommend it.

If I could give no stars I would! I took my daughter here to purchase a prom dress. What should’ve been a wonderful experience for the both of us was quite sad. After browsing, she picked out a few dresses to try on. She decided what looked best on her and she asked the salesperson to please take one of the dresses off the mannequin, because she wanted to purchase it. It was her exact size and the dress she had decided on. The salesperson replied she couldn’t be bothered to do that on a Sunday at 4:00. How sad. Looks like we’ll be taking our business elsewhere!

My wife was looking for a evening gown for a local wedding reception. A friend recommended Hermz Boutique not only because of their vast selection of gowns to choose from but also because of the staff’s knowledge of current/upcoming fashion trends and excellent customer service. Angela steered my wife towards a gorgeous and timeless Sherri Hill gown that did not disappoint! After countless compliments during the wedding reception, I had no doubt at that moment my wife (and my wallet!) will be back to Hermz Boutique to add to her collection!
