So much fun! It doesn’t feel like a workout but it does work. Everyone there is so nice. What a fantastic place!

This is a phenomenal workout studio. I’ve been going here for 7 years and it never gets old. The instructors are all great– friendly, fun, and motivating! The music and routines are always changing keeping things fun and new. When I first started I wasn’t sure what to expect because Jazzercise has been around since the 70’s…but, the method has been updated over the years and is very current. Every class also incorporates strength training which is great. Highly recommend!

This place rocks! I’ve been coming to R.O. Jazzercise for 3 years. Let me just say, If you think it’s a thing of the 80’s or some boring aerobics class, you are way off! Oh, and, I used to think that too! It’s a great full-body workout for people seeking a high intensity or low intensity work-out.

I have been doing Jazzercise on and off for years. I like it as an alternative to my standard gym workout. There are women who use this as their primary form of exercise and that is fine. I like my standard gym workout too. It’s a very cost efficient and fun way to exercise even for beginners. I look forward to going every time. Jane is great and hires some real top notch instructors.

I started Jazzercise about 3 months ago and absolutely love it! The instructors are great and show you different options if you are having trouble with a certain move. I chose a Jazzercise membership over a gym and am glad I did.

For about a year, a friend & classmate has been inviting me to Jazzercise. Finally, I tried it out last night, & it was a blast! I have no rhythm, no style, & no grace. I’m also not athletic, & I’m a bit chubby. I wasn’t sure if I’d like Jazzercise. It’s a hybrid of dance & aerobics, & I’m just not coordinated! I wasn’t sure what it would be like, but I was sure I would suck at it. I found that there’s an instructor up front who leads & encourages the class. Although women & men are welcome, the class I attended was comprised of about 40 women of all ages and all body shapes. I tripped over my feet & tried to keep up with the routines. However, no one seemed to care. I felt like it was a safe space, much less haughty than a traditional gym. I sweat up a storm! My heart pumped, & I felt great! When I needed to stop to drink water or because I just couldn’t do one more leg lift, no problem! This location also offers body sculpting. They have contests for their members to encourage them to attend sessions and to bring friends, and they also have some social events. The best part of my experience, however? The friend who invited me requested a song on my behalf. During my workout, they played Nobody by the Wonder Girls, a Korean girl band! It was awesome! All of the music was upbeat and fairly contemporary. If you’re not quite sure that you want to join, Jazzercise offers some free sessions so you can try it out. Try it! It’s a lot of fun!
