If I could have given no stars I would. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. I worked in the jewelry store business for many years so I feel my review is accurate. Went in for a battery and links taken out of my watch, $ 20 for a battery, $ 15 to remove links from my watch. It took 20 minutes. If your ever in Brighton go to FAO Jewelers and it was cost you half the price and half the time. Will never return to this jewelry store again.

The staff here is great. George helped me pick out a band and diamond for an engagement ring and took the time out to actually teach me about what I was looking at and for. He allowed me to make the best decision based on what I knew my fiancé would want. She couldn’t have been happier. I had no doubt that he always had my best interest in mind, as he often told me if I couldn’t see the difference between the diamonds with my eye to choose the less expensive diamond. I highly recommend Kramar’s to anyone looking for an engagement ring or jewelry. You’ll get honest advice.

Kramar Jewelry has a brand new location with the same quality and expertise! The showroom is beautiful, with amenities such as a coffee bar and a customer restroom. Benches placed strategically along the counters allow for comfort and ease while working with the highly knowledgable and qualified craftsmen. The jewelers can assist you in designing an original piece as well as helping you select the perfect diamond at the best price. You will not find a better jewelry shopping experience. We have been dealing with this family owned and operated business for over 25 years.

My fiancé bought my ring from here and they were extremely helpful in helping him choose the diamond and setting. They can design almost anything and have a book full of photos if you needed ideas (i didn’t think a lot of what they had in their counters was very pretty — but I LOVE my ring). They give you honest advice and aren’t trying to «sell» you anything. We’ll definitely be going there to get our wedding bands in a few months!
